Once the client approves all services without changes and makes the reservation prepayment, TURIT’IKA will confirm the service and send the reservation sheet. The client must verify that all information is correct as requested.

Obligations and Responsibilities of TURIT’IKA
It is TURIT’IKA’s responsibility to provide the services as stated in the confirmation sheet.
TURIT’IKA must inform passengers if the services will not be fully provided or cannot be carried out due to reasons beyond the company’s control (special dates, strikes, weather, etc.).
TURIT’IKA is not responsible if, due to reasons beyond the company or third parties, a service is not provided adequately (strikes, weather, train schedule changes, etc.).
General Payments
To confirm a reservation, a prepayment of 30% of the total amount must be made to cover hotel, train, and entry reservations.
The remaining 70% payment will be made at the time of Check-in at the hotel in Cusco for FIT groups (up to 6 people). For groups of 7 or more passengers, payment must be made 60 days before the service starts.
If flights are included for the passengers, full payment must be made at 100%.
Reservation Modification or Change
Tickets for Machu Picchu are non-modifiable and non-refundable.
If you have purchased flights, Turitika Travel will not make changes to them.
If you cannot arrive in Peru for any reason, we will help by recalculating your trip for another date, considering previous conditions. No refunds will be made for the prepayment.
If you wish to change dates or train schedules, a penalty of 15% of the ticket price will apply (this penalty may vary depending on the type of train).
Cancellations and NO SHOW FITS
Entries to Machu Picchu, Huayna Picchu, Mountain of Colors, and the Inca Trail are non-refundable.
If you have purchased flights, Turitika Travel will not make changes to them.
No penalty will be charged for cancellations of transfer services, tours, and hotels if the cancellation is made 15 days prior to arrival in Peru.
If trains are canceled, the penalty will be 50% of the ticket cost.
If a service is canceled within 15 days prior to the service date, a 100% penalty of the service cost will apply as a NO SHOW penalty.
