In compliance with Supreme Decree No. 005-2020-MINCETUR, which approves the Regulations for Travel and Tourism Agencies, Turitika Travel has subscribed to the Code of Conduct Against the Exploitation of Children and Adolescents (ESNNA). In this way, we reaffirm our organizational code of ethics and strongly reject, denounce, and condemn any practice related to sexual abuse and the exploitation of minors in Peru and worldwide.

What can we do to prevent the problem from growing further?

Maintain an attitude of rejection towards ESNNA, warn about the prison sentence.

Immediately report any case of ESNNA to the Public Ministry or the National Police.

We accept, subscribe to, and promote the law that sanctions the harmful practice of Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents.

At this agency

We do not promote or allow the sexual exploitation of children, minors, or adolescents; nor any other criminal offense that we may become aware of in the course of our activities, as established by Law No. 29408.

If you are aware of any case of sexual exploitation of minors under 18 years old, do not hesitate to report it.
