Here, you will have the opportunity to experience the living culture of the last descendants of the Quechuas, who still maintain their customs.
Next, we will head to Moray, the famous Inca agricultural laboratory, where different types of vegetables were cultivated, adapted to the local conditions. Then, we will explore the Salineras de Maras, a place where the community extracts salt from pools formed by a natural spring, and which is one of the main sources of salt in the region.
We will continue our journey towards Ollantaytambo, known as the living Inca city, famous for its architecture and being the main access to the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. Later, we will visit Pisaq, an archaeological site known for its agricultural terraces and Inca terraces, and its unique Inca cemetery located high in the mountains. Finally, we will stop for 30 minutes at the Pisac artisan market, where travelers can purchase local products.
